FAQs

What is your processing time?

All in stock items will be shipped within 7-10 days from the date of ordering. Any delays will be communicated to the buyer.

What are pre-order items?

In addition to carrying in stock products, the shop also hosts pre-orders for a limited period of time. Pre-ordered items are not physically present with the shop and have a wait time varying between 1 to 3 months. Estimated time of arrival for each pre-ordered product will be listed against each product. The buyer will have to make the payment in full regardless of whether the item is in stock or a pre-order.

Participating in a pre-order allows you to get access to the product without worrying about stock outs.

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, you will have to wait till the pre-ordered items arrive for us to ship it to you. In case you don't want to wait, please place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items.

Any changes with the estimated arrivals of pre-order items will be communicated on the website.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer worldwide shipping.

​

Domestic: All orders within India will be processed via India Post or Shiprocket. These will be tracked shipments and delivery time will vary between 2 to 10 days depending on location. Flat rate fee will be charged for each order.

​

International: All orders will be shipped via India Post and will have Track and Trace. In case of any savings on shipping cost, you will be issued a refund through Paypal. In case of any incremental shipping charges, a separate invoice with the additional shipping charges will be issued to you at the time of fulfilment of the order. Delivery time will vary between 7 to 30 days depending on the location. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, shipping can take even longer in some cases.

We are not liable in case of any delays after the parcel is in transit.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major modes of payment.

​

Domestic: Payment can be made through Razorpay. Accepted modes of payment are net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI and all major wallets. No cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be entertained.

​

International: All orders will be processed via PayPal. The customer will also need to pay 7.0% PayPal charges at the time of checkout.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Return orders are not accepted by the shop as of now. In case of any damage to the product, please send us video proof of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery to claim a refund. Any claims made after that time won't be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the source account within 2-7 days after the claim is accepted.

Do I have to pay import duty, taxes and custom charges?

For all international orders, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We will not be responsible for any unclaimed parcels due to unpaid custom duty.

What is your privacy policy?

Any information collected by suritrue stationery, namely, you name, address, contact no., email ID, etc., is stored securely. We do not sell, lease or otherwise share this information with third-parties except to render the services for which this information is provided, namely, buying and selling of goods and services on www.suritrue.com. To effectively fulfil your order, we may share this information with our payment and logistics providers on a need-to-know basis.
